first post
Hey! this is my first post on my "blog" I'm not even really sure what that is :) Ah well. Its about five pm on Friday and I'm just killing time at the moment. I probably should be doing some homework so I don't have to later this weekend, but I know that won't happen. I don't have many exciting plans this weekend... I'll probably call my family tonight and I might go to a comedy show at the "C haus" on campus, but I don't know. Tomorrow I'm going to a Beloit Memorial High School basketball game with a couple friends- I guess they're supposed to be good. Speaking of good basketball- yesterday there were so many basketball games on tv I wanted to watch! The joys of cable tv in the lounge. I finally narrowed it down. I had to watch Seattle because my beloved Luke would be playing- so I watched them play San Antonio, I also watched the last part of a very good Duke North Carolina game and most of a Gonzaga Pepperdine game. Duke beat UNC in overtime because Chris Duhon is amazingly good, and Gonzaga beat Pepperdine nicely. Seattle lost by 6 to the spurs, but Luke played a pretty good game. He had some nice passes and even made a couple shots.
Oh yeah- I got a new CD the other day. I'm very impressed- Mindy Smith. Check her out. Very pretty voice, good songs, and pretty acoustic guitar most of the time.
